1. Agreement to Terms

By installing, activating, or using the Quinn FAQ WordPress plugin ("Plugin") or purchasing a license through quinnfaq.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin or purchase a license.

Quinn FAQ is developed and distributed by Position5 ("we," "us," "our"), which provides hosting, payment processing, and licensing infrastructure through its Nova-Core platform at api.position5.org.

2. Description of Service

Quinn FAQ is a WordPress plugin that uses artificial intelligence to generate FAQ content for your WordPress website. The Plugin analyzes your existing site content and generates question-and-answer pairs with optional FAQ Schema (JSON-LD) markup.

The AI processing is performed by a third-party provider (Anthropic, via their Claude API). Your content is transmitted to this provider solely for the purpose of generating FAQ content and is not stored by Position5 after processing.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin on the number of WordPress sites permitted by your plan:

  • Free — 1 WordPress site, limited features
  • Pro — 1 WordPress site, full features
  • Pro+ — Up to 10 WordPress sites, full features

Each license is issued a unique license key in the format NOVA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. You may not share, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly disclose your license key.

4. Activation & Deactivation

Activating the Plugin on a WordPress site registers that site against your license. If you reach your activation limit, you must deactivate an existing site before activating a new one. We track the following for license validation:

  • Site URL (normalized, hashed)
  • A unique instance identifier
  • IP address and user-agent at activation time

The Plugin periodically contacts our servers to verify your license status. If our servers are unreachable, a 72-hour grace period allows continued use before features are restricted.

5. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless canceled.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your features remain active until then.
  • If a payment fails, your license will be suspended and Pro features will be restricted until payment is resolved.
  • You can update your payment method through the Stripe Customer Portal linked in your confirmation email.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We will provide notice before any price increases affect existing subscribers.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, provided the license has not been used to generate FAQ content. To request a refund, email officialquinnfaq@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

Upon a full refund, your license key will be automatically revoked and Pro features will be disabled. Your existing published FAQ content will remain on your site.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed with your bank, your license will be suspended immediately and remain suspended until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly at officialquinnfaq@gmail.com before filing a dispute.

8. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all FAQ content generated by the Plugin. Once generated, the content is yours to edit, publish, move, or delete as you see fit. We claim no ownership over your generated content.

The Plugin itself, its source code, branding, and associated materials remain the intellectual property of Position5.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

FAQ content is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or content that does not reflect your business accurately. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing. The Plugin provides a review step before saving — use it.

Position5 is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from AI-generated content published on your site.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Plugin's licensing mechanism
  • Share, sell, or redistribute your license key
  • Use the Plugin to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
  • Circumvent activation limits or abuse the AI generation service
  • Use automated tools to excessively call our API

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license revocation without refund.

11. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation depends on third-party providers and may experience downtime. The Plugin's core FAQ display functionality works independently of our servers once content is generated and saved.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Position5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Plugin or Site.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and uninstalling the Plugin. Upon termination:

  • Pro features will be disabled at the end of the current billing period
  • Your published FAQ content remains on your WordPress site
  • Your license key becomes invalid

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your license. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
