14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, provided the license has not been used to generate FAQ content. This means:
- You must request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date
- Your license must not have been used to generate FAQs on any WordPress site
If you activated your license but did not use the AI generation feature, you are still eligible for a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at officialquinnfaq@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Include the email address associated with your purchase.
- We'll verify that the license has not been used and process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your license key will be automatically revoked and Pro features will be disabled.
- Your existing published FAQ page and content will remain live on your WordPress site. We never delete your content.
- You will be downgraded to the Free plan, which you can continue to use without restriction.
Ineligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The license was used to generate FAQ content on any WordPress site
- The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase
Requests outside these conditions are handled on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people — if something genuinely went wrong, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
Subscription Cancellations
Canceling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund:
- Cancellation — Your Pro features remain active through the end of your current billing period. No further charges are made.
- Refund — Your payment is returned and Pro features are disabled immediately.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (linked in your purchase confirmation email) or by contacting us.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks result in immediate license suspension and incur processing fees. We're happy to resolve any issue directly and quickly.
